Frequently asked questions

Got questions? We're here to help!

Straight answers about coverage, formats, reliability and pricing for UK broadcasters.

Do you cover live events across the whole of the UK?

Yes. Our crews and signal engineers work from England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, and we can deploy a full camera and transmission team at short notice for breaking news.

Which formats and delivery methods do you support?

We deliver over SDI, fibre, SRT, RIST, NDI and bonded cellular, and we can prepare feeds in the codecs and frame rates your master control or playout system expects.

How do you keep a live feed from dropping?

Every critical path is duplicated. We run primary and backup transmission routes, monitor them from our operations desk around the clock, and switch over before your audience notices.

How do quotes and discounts work?

Send us the details of your broadcast and we will prepare a fixed quote. Multi-day bookings and retainer plans carry discounts of up to 30% against our standard day rates.

How fast can a crew be on location?

For planned broadcasts we confirm crews within 24 hours. For urgent news coverage, our rapid-response team can usually be dispatched within a few hours, depending on the location.
